What did Mike deGruy know? Did he discover a secret about the ocean that the government did not want him, or anyone else to know. Many researchers have died who have investigated the Gulf Spill, and he was one.
This seems to be more like another act of evil.

Spending three years at the University of Hawaii in a Marine Biology Ph.D. program, DeGruy moved to the Marshall Islands, according to his website. He spent three years there, working as the manager of the Mid-Pacific Marine Lab, with his knowledge of and fascination with the ocean growing rapidly.
He was not allowed to air the documentary on the Gulf Spill.
After you read his blog, you have to wonder if this was an accident.
But I do know what I saw and what I feel and these last two points are the motivation for this story. A lot of oil has flowed into the Gulf of Mexico and a lot of Corexit dispersant was injected into it as it entered the Gulf and sprayed on it at the surface and the result of this experiment concerns me.
