'Iran's co-operation with IAEA discredits US claims' - envoy

Iran won't back down from its nuclear programme in the face of any new sanctions, so says the country's president. Tehran denied it was developing atomic weapons, as suggested in the latest report by the the international nuclear watchdog. A few days ago, Israel spoke of potential military action against Iran - raising fears the IAEA's findings could be a pretext to an attack.
