Tomioka resident Naoto Matsumura believes he is the only inhabitant left in the town following the tsunami and the subsequent Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear crisis. In the image above, the 53-year-old calls cows who have been left to fend for themselves after their farm was destroyed by the disaster. Matsumura routinely drives around feeding the many abandoned stray animals who wander the town.
