The interview with Michael Ruppert became a massive sensation and drew such a following that it spawned the Collapse Network.

There is a lot of information on the Zeitgeist Movement online to go with the film.

It's also worth looking into the Transition movement while you're at it. These movements all have common themes and massive followings that seem to be constantly increasing.
