A group of Chinese academics has awarded Vladimir Putin its equivalent of the Nobel peace prize. I find it disturbing that a lemon peace prize from a hardcore communist Gulag police state now has more weight behind it than an actual Nobel peace prize. To me this is another major warning sign that something is wrong with our society, as if we needed another.
Putin has undoubtedly been more peaceful than Obama. It is a no brainer that you don't even need to say why. But for those that need their memory jogged -
Obama's wars:
- Pakistan
- Libya
- Yemen
- Somalia
And he may be adding Syria and Iran to that list shortly. Russians must be laughing their heads off as America chokes under the weight of its military and banking complexes. He who laughs last laughs the hardest.
Considering his increase in war efforts, Obama's peace prize rings quite hollow. It's time to dismantle the war machine.
