Obama's Decision To Kill The Keystone Pipeline Reflects His Broken Promises To Create Jobs And Bring The Country Together

On one hand, we need more opportunities for job growth in this country (though I believe that it should be private sector rather than through government spending which continues to push our national debt higher). I am at odds with Obama on this; encouraged by his opposition to the pipeline, but not necessarily the reasons. Beyond that, the pipeline does little to encourage responsible use of the remaining oil supply. Either way, we continue to consume more and more while the supply becomes less and more difficult to extract and refine, using greater amounts of energy in the process. I miss pre-presidential candidate Obama...
